At Yitty x ThredUp, we are committed to circular fashion and offer a 30-day window for returns on eligible pre-loved and new items. To maintain our sustainability goals, items must be returned in their original condition with all security tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid sustainable shipping label provided through the portal and securely pack your items in their original compostable mailer.

• 3.
  Drop Off Package

  Hand your package to the designated carrier or drop it off at any authorized shipping location within 7 days of starting the request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 10 business days.
